Mr. Fauset's intellectual energy drew in the attention of historical scholars in activism like Alain LeRoy Locke. 

In the Educational Arena
  • Philadelphia School of Pedagogy for Men Teachers Credential (became a teacher shortly after)
  • University of Pensylvania
    • B.A. 1921
    • M.A. 1924
    • Ph.D. in 1942
  • Became principle of the Joseph Singerly School in 1926 and remained there until 1946.
Although Fauset was not necessarily into anthropology for the love of anthropology, he still allowed his intellect, curiosity and thirst for knowledge to create great work.
